Fed's 'Crystal Meth Addiction' Costing Your Family Thousands
At what point is enough, enough?
That's the answer we're all looking for in regards to the Fed's reckless, never-ending quantitative easing measures. Between the Fed's latest Operation Twist and now QE3, our economy is one more hasty Fed policy away from complete collapse and utter chaos.
The Fed's 'Crystal Meth Addiction'
A recent CNBC video includes discourse between Rick Santelli and Art Nolan, and independent trader, asking them what they think about the Fed's over-printing addiction...
The men seem to agree that instead of being "crazy for cocoa-puffs, the Fed is crazy for debt," according to Santelli. He mentions Gross's statement saying that “we're addicted to budgetary crystal meth.” The most enraging part of this addiction problem is that the Fed policy-makers' solution seems to be simply to make the 'crystal meth' cheaper!
Santelli is flabbergasted by this nonsense and he's not the only one...
Disappointment and Ever-Expanding Inflation
Mr. Nolan is also concerned about the Fed's poor ability to bring any hope of sustainable growth for our economy. Nolan even compares this situation to a post-war crisis in Europe by bringing up an historical figure who, like Bernanke, also “worked really hard” to fight a monetary crisis in Europe back back in the 1930s – Neville Chamberlain. As great a man as Chamberlain may have been, his hard work still disappointed his constituents...
Bernanke now faces a similar fate as he continues to disappoint our nation's people with foolish policies and a debilitating printing addiction.
Nolan hit the nail on the head when he said, “There's so much money being injected in the system. You know, they keep telling you there's no inflation unless you have to drive a car or eat. Obviously, anybody who's living right now knows there is inflation if you have to feed your family and you have to eat.”
People fear that we are now in the midst of a longer slump than the one we experienced back in the 1930s thanks to the Fed's failures...
